Mindfulness retreat among the free-roaming deer of Nara Park. Guided walking meditation through the park, temple visits (Todai-ji, Kasuga Taisha), and deer-interaction mindfulness exercises. Learn to be present while surrounded by 1,200 friendly deer.

Typical Day
- 9:00 AM — Meet at Nara Park entrance
- 9:15 AM — Opening mindfulness introduction
- 9:45 AM — Walking meditation to Todai-ji
- 10:30 AM — Temple visit with mindful observation
- 11:30 AM — Deer-interaction mindfulness exercise
- 12:30 PM — Traditional lunch
- 1:30 PM — Walking meditation to Kasuga Taisha
- 2:30 PM — Shrine visit and reflection
- 3:30 PM — Forest mindfulness in park woods
- 4:30 PM — Closing circle and tea
